Shipping & Returns
Shipping & Delivery
All purchases are shipped via UPS. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method (e.g. UPS next day, second day, ground).
Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Montaege cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays. Once your order ships you will receive an email detailing the Freight Tracking Numbers. If an item in your order is backordered, we will contact you via email with the details.
Changes/Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us by phone at (800) 815-1915 or send an email as soon as possible to assistance@montaege.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified.
Returns & Exchanges
For online purchases, Montaege will accept merchandise in its original condition for a full refund/exchange when accompanied by the original receipt. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged.
Returns/exchanges will be processed with (insert) business days of receipt. Full price merchandise must be returned/exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery; however sale merchandise must be returned/exchanged within 10 days of delivery.
Easy to follow instructions for returning/exchanging merchandise are include with each shipment. For online returns/exchanges, please send an email to returns-exchanges@montaegeshoes.com. Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund or exchange and an email notification will be sent once the return/exchange has been processed.
Montaege will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen or mishandled.
